Your Responsibilities
Provide benefit enrollment materials and help clients understand eligibility requirements.
Schedule and coordinate virtual client meetings.
Answer incoming calls, return messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.
Respond to coverage questions with clear explanations and attentive service.
Use our Needs Analysis system to identify client needs and explain personalized coverage options.
Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process.
Collaborate with management and participate in training to stay informed about products, services, and company policies.
