Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close deals with major corporate accounts and national fleet owners to expand Geely’s market share in the Netherlands.
Active Tender & Pipeline Management: Identify and pursue major national and international fleet tenders.
Dealer Fleet Empowerment: Define and monitor strategic KPIs that drive dealer performance in the B2B segment, providing them with the tactical tools and coaching needed to close local corporate deals.
Framework Agreements: Negotiate and implement robust framework agreements that ensure long-term volume and sustainable professional partnerships.
Funnel Optimization: Manage the corporate sales funnel with precision—ensuring high conversion rates from lead generation to vehicle delivery and fleet retention.
Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing to launch targeted B2B campaigns and work with Product Management to ensure our vehicle configurations meet the specific demands of the Dutch corporate driver.
Corporate Sales Execution & Targets: Drive the annual sales strategy for the corporate and fleet segments. You are responsible for hitting specific volume targets by actively acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze your sales funnel and KPI performance. You will provide regular, data-driven progress updates and strategic recommendations to the Manager Fleet.
