We’re growing fast and expanding across EMEA, and we’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business and accelerate our growth across the region.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end, working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to position OX as a strategic partner.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close
- Drive new logo acquisition across the UK region
- Take full ownership of all sales activities within your territory
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership
- Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements to accelerate deals
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
- Apply structured sales methodologies to drive consistent outcomes
- Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
- Mentor and support junior team members where needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive
- 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas (year over year)
- Experience in hunting and closing new enterprise logo deals
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Bonus Points For
- Experience in application security (SCA, SAST, SDLC tools)
- Experience in hypergrowth startup environments
- Familiarity with modern sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC)
