We're looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Sales team! As an Account Executive, you'll drive the entire sales cycle at OneLocal, from managing your pipeline to turning prospects into closed-won deals. You'll join a passionate group of sales leaders and professionals who are striving to master their craft. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company with a rapidly evolving team. You'll have a direct impact on the growth of the Sales organization and play a key role in OneLocal's success.

The base salary for this role is $50,000 CAD. Commission is uncapped, and on-target earnings are $100,000 CAD.

What You'll Be Doing

• Run the full sales cycle: qualify prospects, book discovery calls, run product demos, educate clients on the right solutions, and follow up to close
• Build pipeline through daily cold calling, prospecting new leads and building relationships across channels, industries, and regions
• Stay current on all OneLocal offerings so you can recommend the services that fit each client's needs
• Recommend process improvements and take on new projects that move our sales approach forward

What You Bring

• 1+ years as an Account Executive or in a similar role with full-cycle sales experience, including running product demos
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with CRM and sales automation tools (we use Salesforce and Salesloft)
• A passion for digital marketing and where it's heading

Nice-to-haves

• SDR/BDR experience, ideally both inbound and outbound
• Experience selling media (radio, local TV, newspaper), digital solutions (websites, SEO, SEM), or SaaS products
• Experience working with SMBs or at a startup
