Account Executive, Influencer Marketing & Event Management

WHO WE ARE

Influencer marketing is the primary focus of this role. Event management is the second priority. Integrated marketing project management is a third, as-needed responsibility. This role is designed for someone who loves process, keeps many moving pieces organized and can take a project from kickoff through completion without losing the details that shape the client experience.

THE PRIORITIES

• Influencer Marketing: This is the core of the role. You will manage influencer programs from start to finish, including research, vetting, outreach, coordination, approvals, deliverables, timelines and reporting. Hands-on influencer marketing experience is required.
• Event Management: You will help manage special events and activations end to end, with particular ownership of research, venue and location selection, vendor selection, logistics, timelines and on-site execution. Prior event planning experience is a bonus.
• Integrated Marketing Project Management: On an as-needed basis, you will provide project management support for initiatives such as brand strategy development and website strategy and development. You will coordinate the work and keep it moving, while subject-matter specialists lead the actual strategy, creative and technical execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Influencer Marketing

• Manage influencer programs from kickoff through completion, turning the client brief and campaign goals into a clear workback plan, timeline and process.
• Conduct proactive creator research and build thoughtful influencer lists based on audience fit, brand alignment, content quality, campaign objectives and budget.
• Lead creator outreach and day-to-day coordination, including vetting, availability, rates, contracting inputs, product shipments, briefing, content timelines, approvals, deliverables and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate influencer trackers, contact information, campaign status, budgets, deadlines, usage details, approvals and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams so everyone understands campaign status, decisions, dependencies and next steps.
• Review influencer content and program details for completeness and alignment with the approved brief before materials move forward.
• Support campaign reporting by organizing results, identifying useful takeaways and helping translate performance into a clear client story.
• Continuously research creators, platforms, audience behaviors, cultural trends and emerging opportunities that could strengthen current or future programs.

2. Event Management

• Manage special events and activations from early planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
• Research and evaluate potential locations and venues based on the client brief, audience, experience, geography, logistics and budget.
• Research, source and coordinate vendors, partners and other event resources, gathering the information needed to compare options and make strong recommendations.
• Build and manage event workback plans, budgets, vendor timelines, approvals, guest lists, invitations, run-of-show documents and other key logistics.
• Communicate professionally and proactively with venues, vendors, partners, clients and internal stakeholders, keeping decisions and next steps clear.
• Provide on-site event support as needed and remain calm, organized and solutions-focused when plans change.
• Keep the client experience front and center, ensuring the planning process feels thoughtful, well managed and buttoned up from beginning to end.

3. Integrated Marketing Project Management

• Provide project management support on select integrated marketing assignments as client needs require, including brand strategy development and website strategy and development.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, approvals, deliverables, dependencies and decision logs.
• Coordinate the people responsible for strategy, creative, content, design, development or other specialized execution so work moves forward on time and in the right sequence.
• Translate client feedback and internal decisions into clear next steps, owners and deadlines.
• Flag risks, missing inputs or potential roadblocks early and help develop practical solutions that keep the work moving.
• This is a project management responsibility. You are not expected to personally execute brand strategy, design or website development.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & COMMUNICATION

• Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, goals, audiences, priorities and ways of working.
• Prepare for client meetings, capture decisions and next steps and complete follow-up without repeated prompting.
• Communicate clearly, responsively and professionally with clients, creators, vendors, partners and internal teams.
• Stay one step ahead. Anticipate what the client or project will need next and surface questions, risks or decisions early.
• Bring solutions and recommendations forward. When something is unfamiliar, research it, evaluate the options and help determine the path forward.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing influencer marketing programs, including creator research, outreach, coordination and campaign execution. This is required.
• Event planning or event management experience is a strong bonus.
• Strong project management instincts with the ability to organize complex work, manage multiple priorities and drive assignments through completion.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy, preparedness and follow-through.
• Strong research skills and the judgment to evaluate options rather than simply compile them.
• Confident, polished client communication and the ability to build trust through responsiveness, organization and sound judgment.
• Advanced comfort with AI tools and a track record of using them to improve research, processes, organization and efficiency.
• A collaborative, low-ego working style with the ability to take feedback, adapt quickly and keep moving.
