Marketing Coordinator

Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the planning and execution of account-based programs that engage customers and prospects, and contribute to pipeline growth. Working closely with Marketing segment leads and Partner Marketing, you will help coordinate campaigns, events and go-to-market initiatives for key segments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to build their marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B technology environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple deadlines, collaborate across teams, and help turn marketing plans into well-executed programs and events.

Who you are:

• Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, project coordination, or a related role, ideally within a B2B, technology, or SaaS organization

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• A collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams

• Comfort learning and working across marketing automation, CRM, project management, and collaboration tools

• Ability to manage administrative and operational details while maintaining a strong customer experience

• Curiosity, flexibility, and a willingness to take ownership in a fast-moving environment

• An interest in learning how marketing programs contribute to customer engagement, pipeline, and revenue

What you'll be doing:

Support ABX programs and campaigns

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, audience lists, and campaign assets across internal teams

• Assist with campaign setup, launch activities, and follow-up to ensure programs are executed on time

• Help tailor programs and communications for priority audiences, customer segments, and accounts

Coordinate events and customer experiences

• Support the planning and execution of field events, executive dinners, webinars, conferences, customer experiences, and other marketing programs

• Coordinate event logistics, including invitations, registration, attendee communications, vendors, materials, and on-site support

• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to manage attendee lists and support pre-event and post-event outreach

• Help ensure each program delivers a consistent, high-quality experience for customers and prospects

Enable cross-functional execution

• Work closely with Sales Development, Sales and other Marketing teams to support coordinated go-to-market programs

• Schedule planning meetings, document next steps, and help keep stakeholders aligned on timelines and responsibilities

• Organize marketing resources and program materials so they are easy for internal teams to access and use, using our own technology

• Respond to day-to-day program requests and proactively flag risks, dependencies, or missed deadlines

Support measurement and marketing ops

• Track program activity, event participation, follow-up, and other performance indicators

• Help maintain accurate campaign, account, and contact information in marketing and CRM systems

• Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to support reporting and identify missing or incomplete data

• Assist with budget tracking, purchase requests, vendor coordination, and invoice management

• Capture learnings and feedback to help improve future programs and processes

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. Seismic's salary range for this position is: USD $50,900.00/Yr. - USD $76,400.00/Yr.This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
