We are seeking a motivated Market Research Analyst to join our growing team in the Philippines. This role will focus on recruiting physicians and healthcare professionals globally for our online panel and managing their engagement for participation in qualitative and quantitative research studies.

Qualifications:

Any bachelor's degree (Business, Communications, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field); MBA is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify healthcare professionals (HCPs) across the globe for inclusion in the Kyrios Panel.
Connect and build relationships with healthcare professionals through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Recruit HCPs as respondents for our market research and insights projects.
Drive outbound sales-style outreach - cold calling, follow-ups, and pitch conversations — to convert prospects into active panel members.
Identify and recruit respondents from around the globe via secondary market research.
Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date databases for ongoing and upcoming research studies.
Consistently meet recruitment targets across assigned regions and specialties.

Skill set required:

Prior experience in sales and outbound calling is required.
Strong command of English communication, both verbal and written.
Experience in healthcare market research or panel building is an added advantage.
