We're looking for a driven and resourceful Account Executive (AE) to join our Small Business sales team. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — for small business accounts across North America. • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business within the Small Business segment (1–50 employees).
• Build & Manage Pipeline: Consistently generate and maintain a healthy pipeline (target 3x+ coverage) through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic account planning.
• Deliver Compelling Demos: Conduct tailored product demonstrations of Zoom's UCaaS suite — including Zoom Workplace, Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator — aligned to each prospect's business needs.
• Hit & Exceed Quota: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly MRR targets through disciplined forecasting and deal execution.
• Leverage Sales Tools: Use Salesforce CRM, Tableau dashboards, and internal intelligence tools to track activity, manage deals, and surface insights that accelerate wins.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales Engineers, Partners, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences and maximize deal value.
• Stay Sharp on Product Knowledge: Maintain deep expertise across Zoom's product portfolio and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively against alternatives.
• Champion Compliance & Integrity: Follow established deal-review processes, verify customer legitimacy, and ensure every transaction meets company standards.

• 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a closing role (AE, Inside Sales, or similar).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience selling to small and mid-market businesses (SMB segment preferred).
• Familiarity with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications solutions is a strong plus.

• Experience with channel / partner sales.
• Familiarity with Zoom's product ecosystem or competitive platforms (RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, Dialpad, etc.).
• Background in BPO, tech sales, or SaaS startups.
• Experience selling into the North American market from an offshore location.
