DescriptionAt Transcom, we are a global customer experience specialist with over 35 000 employees across the globe. We have already successfully deployed cutting-edge CX products, including AI Agents, Voice automations and real-time translation solutions that transform how millions of people experience customer service every day.
Now we are turning that same firepower inwards. We are looking for someone to make 35 000 colleagues measurably better at their jobs by giving each of them access to the right AI support toolset.
Join Transcom as a Workplace AI Enablement Lead
You are not starting from a blank page. Google's AI suite is Transcom's standard and is already deployed across the business, our security, privacy and compliance colleagues have already done the hard work of clearing the way. Pockets of the organisation are already running on this: early adopters who built their own notebooks, teams who rewired how they handle documentation, people who will happily show you a workflow they invented themselves.
What we need now is someone to take that momentum and make it the norm. The proof of concept phase is behind us. This is now about scale and a broader adoption across the company.
You will be the person who sits down with the HR team, a workforce planner or a country manager and shows them the one workflow that gives them back three hours a week, and then builds the network that spreads it without you in the room.
Your audience is deliberately not IT and not developers. It is everyone else. Your success is measured in habits changed, not features demoed.
This role is open to candidates inCroatia ideallybut we will consider candidates based in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain or Tunisia.
You will
Own adoption:Take e.g. Gemini Enterprise and Google NotebookLM from "used well by some" to "indispensable to most", and be accountable for a measurable, visible spike in real daily and weekly usage across the business
Build the champion network:Our early adopters already exist and are already sharing — informally, generously and without much structure. You will find them, formalise the network, train them and give them the backing of a proper mandate, so they can sell the tools inside their own teams far better than any central function ever could. Adoption cannot be forced top-down — you will make it grow sideways
Create virtual teammates:Some teams have already built their own AI assistants and are seeing the benefit. You will make that repeatable — teaching leaders and contributors to configure specialised notebooks, reusable templates and custom instructions for the routine documentation, analysis and onboarding work that eats their week
Cut through the noise:Workspace AI ships new features constantly. You will vet them ruthlessly, ignore what is merely clever, and translate what is genuinely useful into plain, non-technical business language
Hold the line on safety:You are not inventing our guardrails from scratch — our security, privacy and ethical AI principles are established, and the specialists behind them are engaged and ready to support you. Your job is to make those boundaries land in everyday practice, so people know exactly what they can put into a prompt, and why they still have to check the answer
Prove it: Gather the field intelligence from your champions, build on the success stories we already have, and give leadership short, honest updates with the adoption metrics behind them
What's in it for YOU
A genuinely rare mandate: a global company that has already made the AI investment and is now serious about the most important part – getting people to actually drive value out of it
Visibility. This role touches every function and every geography.
The freedom to shape your own approach and actively influence how ways of working evolve across the organization
International and inclusive environment, that makes you feel supported, encouraged and welcome from day one
A personalized development plan and a dedicated education budget
Flexible work schedule and life-work balance
To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
A practitioner, not a commentator:real hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise, Gemini Advanced and NotebookLM, or close equivalents such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude – you use these tools daily, not occasionally
Deep working knowledge of a collaboration suite (Google Workspace strongly preferred: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet)
A translator:a proven ability to explain complex AI capability in simple, non-technical language to people who did not ask for a tech lesson
A pragmatist: instinctive bias towards workflows that save time over features that impress engineers
An influencer without authority: high credibility among peers, and a track record of inspiring, coaching and building networks of advocates without a reporting line to lean on
Confidence facilitating live sessions – demos, lunch-and-learns, open Q&A – and the ability to hold a room, including a sceptical one
A solid understanding of and genuine respect for enterprise compliance, security and data privacy principles
Experience in digital adoption, enablement, product or platform ownership, or a technical/analytical role in a large distributed organisation
A degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Communication or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
English verbal and written is required (C1 or higher level)
Well-developed communication skills, a team player mentality and a willingness to share ideas and best practice
If you are tired of watching great AI tools go unused, and you would rather change how a global company works than write another strategy deck about it, let's talk.
Apply now with a full CV in English.
Closing date for applications is Wednesday 30th September 2026.
