Maintain a scalable design system and "template library" for rapid deployment across campaigns.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Design, build, and launch new landing pages and site sections in WordPress/Elementor.
Run QA and monitoring on pages, forms, and events.
Partner with the Performance Marketer to ensure ads and landing page alignment.
Run and interpret CRO tests; report wins and next actions weekly.
Work cross-functionally with Creative, SEO, and Ops to ship web updates faster and cleaner.
