About the Role:
We are seeking a fast, accurate, and design-focused Web Developer & Technical SEO Specialist to own website development and technical SEO. You will build, optimize, test, and publish landing pages, loan-program pages, blogs, and case studies while maintaining strong brand consistency and site performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. WordPress & Bricks Builder
- Build responsive pages, templates, reusable components, and global styles using Bricks Builder.
- Maintain consistent typography, spacing, layouts, and branding.
- Build and publish landing pages, loan-program pages, blogs, and case studies.
2. Technical SEO, AEO & GEO
- Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexing, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
- Implement schema/structured data and optimize content for search, answer engines, and generative AI.
3. Analytics & Conversion Tracking
- Prepare landing pages for paid campaigns and verify forms, CTAs, URLs, and mobile usability.
- Implement and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
4. AI & Quality Assurance
- Leverage Claude/MCP and AI tools to improve development, content, QA, and SEO workflows.
- Follow strict pre-publish QA processes and quickly resolve site issues.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bricks Builder: Advanced hands-on experience building polished, responsive pages and reusable components.
- WordPress Development: Strong WordPress experience with themes, plugins, and site structure.
- Web Technologies: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Technical SEO: Strong knowledge of schema, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, AEO, and GEO.
- Analytics: Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Design: Strong visual sense, responsive design skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
- QA & Process: Fast, accurate, self-directed, and disciplined in following documented workflows.
- Portfolio: Must demonstrate modern web design, responsive layouts, and strong brand execution.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Mortgage, lending, real estate, financial services, or regulated-industry experience.
- Google Ads or Meta Ads experience.
- Experience with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, form/call tracking, and attribution.
- Experience with Claude, MCP connectors, or AI-assisted development workflows.
