Build income that doesn't reset to zero every month

In most sales jobs, every month starts at zero. Not here. When your clients renew their contracts, you earn again monthly, so your income builds on itself. The longer you do the work, the more of your income comes from clients you have already enrolled.
You sell high-ticket financial coaching programs, so each sale pays a large commission. There is no cap on what you can earn.

Be clear on what this role is

• 100% commission. There is no base salary or hourly pay.
• You find your own leads. You prospect, network, and build referral partners to fill your own calendar. Tardus may send you some opportunities, but these are a bonus, not something to count on.
• You sell. You run the full sales process, from the first conversation to enrollment and renewal.

You are comfortable starting conversations, handling rejection, asking for introductions, and following up consistently. Your experience building a book of business matters more than having sold at a specific price point.

What you'll do

Find your own prospects

• Create qualified opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and partner relationships.
• Keep a steady prospecting routine and book your own discovery calls and strategy sessions.
• Keep reaching beyond your existing network, so new business keeps coming in.

Build referral partners

• Connect with professionals who serve likely Tardus clients: CPAs, real estate agents, mortgage and insurance professionals, and business owners.
• Earn their trust through reliable communication and follow-through, not just asking for leads.
• Make introductions easy using Tardus resources, and keep partners informed while respecting client privacy.

Lead consultative sales conversations

• Run virtual discovery and strategy sessions using question-based methods such as SPIN or NEPQ.
• Understand each prospect's goals and challenges before discussing solutions.
• Explain Tardus programs clearly, handle objections honestly, and enroll qualified clients.
• Grow your accounts through VIP upgrades and contract renewals, which is where your residual income comes from.

Track your work

• Keep accurate CRM records of outreach, partners, appointments, enrollments, and revenue.
• Take part in coaching and training, and use the feedback.
