About the Role

As TRG enters a phase of substantial growth, we are looking for an Vice President of Sales – Europe
to spearhead our commercial strategy, expand our market presence, and lead our next phase of growth

across the European region.

In this role, you will own TRG's European revenue engine. You will build and scale a high-performing,
multi-country sales organization across Sales, Presales, and Sales Operations, while remaining directly
involved in driving our most critical, high-value B2G engagements with sovereign buyers across Europe.

We need a leader who combines regional strategic vision with hands-on execution - someone who understands
the fragmented nature of European markets, knows how to mentor growing teams, and can navigate complex government procurement processes.

Responsibilities

1. Define & Execute European Go-to-Market Strategy

• Develop and execute TRG’s European commercial strategy to support substantial growth across key regional territories.
• Identify and penetrate new European government segments, national security agencies, and sovereign accounts.
• Build localized go-to-market plans, market penetration strategies, and predictable regional revenue forecasting.

2. Build & Scale the European Sales Organization

• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales talent across target European markets.
• Structure and lead regional Sales, Presales, and Sales Operations teams to support increasing scale.
• Foster a high-performance, accountable culture tailored to managing distributed teams across multiple European countries and cultures.

3. Drive Sovereign B2G Deals & High-Level Government Relations

• Act as executive sponsor on major strategic opportunities and complex B2G deal negotiations across Europe.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government officials, defense stakeholders, and key regional partners.
• Expand TRG’s European partner ecosystem, including regional channel partners, system integrators, and local advisors.

4. HQ Alignment & Operational Leadership

• Establish clear sales KPIs, pipeline tracking, and reporting structures across all European territories.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between European field operations and HQ leadership (Product, Engineering, and Marketing).
• Ensure local compliance, sovereign data requirements, and regional market feedback directly inform TRG's broader product roadmap.
  
  What We Are Looking For
• 10+ years of sales leadership experience within B2G cyber intelligence, defense technology, or complex security platforms in Europe.
• Demonstrated success building, leading, and expanding multi-country European sales teams during periods of rapid growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of European government buying cycles, sovereign procurement frameworks, and complex multi-million-dollar deal structures ($10M+).
• Ability to build organizational structure and mentor regional managers while remaining comfortable personally engaging in high-stakes government meetings.
• Experience navigating the distinct business, political, and compliance landscapes across European sub-regions (e.g., UKI, DACH, Nordics, Southern Europe).

What Success Looks Like (12-18 months

• Achieving 100%+ of TRG’s European revenue and expansion targets.
• Establishing a structured, predictable pipeline across all active European territories.
• Successfully expanding and structuring the regional team to support sustained growth.
• Securing key $10M+ sovereign contract wins and cementing TRG as a premier provider in target European nations.
