The OpportunityWe're hiring a VP, Law Firm Professional Services to lead delivery and make AI-powered implementation Litify's competitive edge. You will own how every new customer goes live, whether our own team or a certified System Integration (SI) partner does the work. You will also build the team that puts autonomous AI agents to work across our client base.

At Litify, professional services is a growth engine, not a cost center. In the agentic era, the fastest and most reliable go-live wins the customer, and deep AI adoption keeps them. You will build the delivery model that makes both a lasting competitive advantage for Litify.

Reporting: You will report to the CEO and partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance.

What You'll Do:

1. Rewrite the implementation playbook for the AI era.

• Define what a best-practice Litify go-live looks like across discovery, solutioning, data migration, configuration, testing, training and client engagement.
• Rebuild our SOPs around AI. Use AI to run discovery and gather requirements, generate solution designs and configuration, automate data mapping and migration, produce test scripts and build training content.
• Meaningfully reduce the time and cost to go live, measured in leaner Statements of Work (SOWs), smaller estimates and fewer weeks to first value. Raise the quality floor of every implementation at the same time.
• Build an accelerator library of pre-built practice-area templates, migration tooling and reusable agents. With it, our streamlined Consumer Law implementation can be sold and delivered at mid-market speed.
• Own the product release readiness process, so every new Litify capability reaches internal and partner service delivery teams with updated SOPs and training before customers need it.

2. Build and run a world-class SI partner ecosystem.

• Source, recruit and certify a portfolio of SI partners who implement new Litify customers on our behalf. Prioritize firms with deep Salesforce and legal-industry expertise.
• Hold partners to the same delivery standard as our internal team. Our pre-sales engagement managers, who shape every customer SOW, review and approve partner estimates and SOWs at key checkpoints from scoping through final presentation, before anything reaches the customer.
• Run regular product trainings, certifications and solution reviews so partners deliver Litify the Litify way, including AI-assisted SOPs and agent deployment.
• Manage partners to shared scorecards covering financial results (sourced and influenced bookings, estimate accuracy, margin) and client outcomes (on-time go-lives, CSAT, compliance scores, financial concessions).
• Grow partner capacity ahead of bookings so implementation capacity is never a constraint on Litify's growth.

3. Lead an elite internal delivery team and own the services P&L.

• Lead an internal delivery team of project managers, solution architects, technical and data migration architects and implementation consultants. This team delivers Litify implementations end to end.
• Make this team the proving ground for our SOPs. It takes on the most complex go-lives, pilots new AI tooling first and turns what it learns into continuously improved standards for everyone, partners included.
• Own the full services P&L across revenue, gross margin, billable rates, and utilization. Tightly forecast monthly revenue and margin.
• Build and run capacity models that match people to pipeline across internal and partner delivery, by vertical and by role.
• Own executive escalations. Step in personally on at-risk or high-visibility engagements and get them back on track.

4. Establish Litify's Agentic AI Center of Excellence.

• Stand up and lead a team of Agent Architects. These resources turn Litify's agents (powered by Litify ACE), into repeatable, fast-to-deploy automations.
• Design, build and roll out custom autonomous agents across the client portfolio, tied to each firm's workflows, data and business goals.
• Own AI showcases, trials and rollouts for existing customers, and convert them into adoption and expansion revenue.
• Feed field insight back into Product so the next generation of out-of-the-box agents reflects what clients value most.

What You Bring:

• 12+ years in B2B SaaS professional services, including 5+ years as a VP or SVP leading a multi-team delivery organization. Vertical SaaS or complex system-of-record experience is strongly preferred. Experience delivering on Salesforce and/or within Legal-tech a plus.
• A track record of using AI to change how implementations get delivered, with specific evidence: the tools, agents, and workflows your teams adopted and the time or cost they took out of a go-live.
• Experience leading AI agent deployment for customers, with strong adoption and measurable ROI.
• Proven ownership of a services P&L, with results you can walk through on revenue, margin, utilization, billable rates, and forecast accuracy.
• Experience building capacity models that keep delivery ahead of bookings, run through a high-growth period.
• Experience building or scaling an SI partner ecosystem, covering sourcing, certification, scorecards, and commercial terms, holding partners to the same standard as your own team.
• A credible executive presence with managing partners, firm administrators, and COOs, able to partner with Sales on complex deals and make services a reason customers choose Litify.
• Exceptional coaching ability and comfort leading from the front, skilled at developing leaders, elevating performance, and driving urgency.
• Hands-on, rigorous, and outcome-obsessed, measuring success by client results and go-live revenue, with the low ego to step into an escalation and keep the client experience seamless.

Disclosure:

This job is fully remote, with the exception of employees living in New York City and New Jersey. Our NYC/NJ employees adhere to our hybrid schedule, which involves working in our Manhattan office 6 days a month.

The estimated salary for this role is $250,000-300,000 total compensation (base and bonus). You will also be offered benefits.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
