Dynata+ is intended to become the foundational technology layer supporting multiple Dynata business lines and enabling a true platform-led operating model.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this executive will serve as the General Manager of Dynata+, with full accountability for strategy, product direction, platform adoption, go-to-market execution, customer success, and financial performance. The successful candidate will balance near-term commercial growth with a long-term mandate to establish Dynata+ as Dynata’s strategic platform foundation.

Strategic Mandate

• Establish Dynata+ as Dynata’s primary self-service platform.
• Drive enterprise-wide platform adoption across business units.
• Create a scalable product-led growth engine.
• Deliver revenue growth, profitability and customer retention goals.
• Define long-term ecosystem strategy including APIs, integrations and AI capabilities.
• Transition Dynata toward a platform-centric operating model.

Platform Strategy & Vision

• Define multi-year platform vision and roadmap.
• Champion platform-first thinking across Dynata.
• Lead platform governance and prioritization.
• Chair Dynata+ Executive Steering Committee.
• Identify adjacent growth opportunities and new use cases.
• Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities across survey programming, targeting, reporting and workflow automation.

Product Roadmap & Development

• Own roadmap across sample, scripting, analytics and visualization.
• Translate commercial priorities into product requirements.
• Drive intake, prioritization and release management processes.
• Ensure enterprise-grade reliability, compliance and scalability.
• Own user experience and customer journey design.
• Define API and ecosystem strategy.

Commercial Ownership & P&L

• Own revenue, cost structure, profitability and forecasting.
• Develop annual operating plans and budgets.
• Define pricing, packaging and monetization models.
• Develop investment cases for new capabilities.
• Manage ARR, NRR, gross margin, churn, CAC, conversion rates and active users.

Platform Adoption & Enterprise Alignment

• Drive adoption across Dynata business units.
• Create operating agreements and service models.
• Support migration from fragmented tools to common platform capabilities.
• Represent Dynata+ in executive planning forums.
