Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled clinician with advanced expertise in ERP and ACT to provide intensive, evidence-based virtual care for individuals with high-acuity OCD. A strong therapist candidate for a virtual OCD Intensive Treatment Service is a clinician with advanced training in CBT, ERP, ACT, HRT, and PE. This role requires exceptional clinical judgment, strong crisis-management skills, and the ability to deliver structured individual and group therapy in a fast-paced higher level of care setting. The ideal candidate demonstrates steady clinical presence, clear directive intervention, excellent documentation, and the capacity to support complex presentations. Reliability, strong boundaries, and effective collaboration across a multidisciplinary, virtual team are essential.This clinician is skilled in delivering clear, directive interventions while maintaining warmth, transparency, and collaborative communication with both members and their families. They excel in virtual care delivery, adapt seamlessly across time zones, and can confidently hold boundaries, manage crises appropriately, and document to a high standard. Ideal candidates bring experience treating complex presentations (including co-occurring PTSD and body-focused repetitive behaviors) even if formal program tracks for those conditions are not yet active. Above all, they show strong clinical presence, reliability, and the ability to motivate members through intensive, evidence-based work while contributing to a cohesive, high-functioning clinical team.
