What we are looking for

We're looking to engage a VIP Account Manager to own and drive engagement across an assigned VIP portfolio. This role is designed for someone with solid commercial experience in VIP or player-focused environments within gaming or iGaming, capable of taking real ownership of player relationships while executing within the frameworks and strategy set by senior VIP leadership.
This is an execution-and-ownership role with a clear pathway into full VIP portfolio leadership.

What you will be doing

VIP Portfolio Management & Execution

• Own the day-to-day management of an assigned VIP portfolio in line with defined segmentation, tiers, and engagement frameworks.
  • Monitor player activity, behaviour, and engagement signals, acting on risks and opportunities and escalating where needed.
  • Execute and help shape incentives, bespoke offers, limits, and re-engagement actions within agreed guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of player interactions, offers, and portfolio performance.

Player Engagement & Retention

• Drive proactive, timely communication with VIP players to support engagement and retention.
  • Own onboarding for new VIP players, ensuring a strong early-stage experience.
  • Execute reactivation and retention initiatives, contributing to their design alongside senior VIP leadership.
  • Translate player preferences, behaviour, and feedback into action.

Portfolio Insight & Development

• Surface and act on insights around player behaviour, preferences, and engagement patterns.
  • Build and apply strong understanding of player value, incentives, and lifecycle dynamics.
  • Contribute meaningfully to discussions around player treatment and optimisation strategy.
  
  Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Drive VIP-related initiatives in partnership with CRM, social, and partnerships teams.
  • Execute VIP benefits, promotions, and experiences.
  • Engage with community touchpoints where relevant.

What you bring

Core Capability

• 2- 4 years' experience in customer-facing commercial roles (VIP management, CRM, account management, or similar).
  • Experience in gaming or iGaming, ideally with some direct VIP or high-value player exposure.
  • Ability to interpret player behaviour and convert it into engagement and retention actions.
  • Strong communication skills, commercial judgement, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, always-on environment.

Advantageous Experience

• Direct exposure to VIP, CRM, or player lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with crypto, gaming, sports, or digital entertainment environments.
