Video Editor

Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor to create engaging video content and high-performing ad creatives for ecommerce/CPG brands across social, PPC, websites, and email. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience, strong Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects skills, a sharp eye for detail, and experience editing UGC and CPG advertising content.

Core Tasks:

• Edit videos for a range of uses (social, websites, PPC campaigns, email etc)
• Collaborate with the team on engaging and relevant scripts and prompts for videos
• Conduct competitor research to ideate new ad concepts and hooks
• Edit and stitch user generated content for ad campaigns across platforms
• Work with stakeholders and vendors to understand requirements, timelines & objectives
• Provide timely project updates and solicit feedback throughout the design process
• Edit and iterate on existing creative assets as needed
• Manage and file creative work for easy access and reuse on other projects
• Perform other sales, marketing, and operations tasks as needed to support the team

Must-Haves:

• 3-5+ years experience with video editing in an ecommerce / CPG brand setting
• Intermediate - advanced skills with Adobe (Premier Pro and After Effects) for video editing and pre / post production or similar professional tools
• Hands on experience creating ads for CPG products
• Demonstrated history working as an individual contributor with a high attention to detail
• Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work full-time EST

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background delivering special projects and working with project management tools
• Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal team comms
