Video Editor & Graphic Designer (For Pooling)

We know a great video edit or a killer graphic can stop someone mid-scroll — and we want the person who makes that happen for our clients.

Yokly is looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can jump between Premiere and Photoshop without losing a beat. You'll turn raw ideas, footage, and concepts into bold, brand-aligned visual stories that drive real impact for our clients — reels that actually get watched, graphics that actually get remembered.

Here's what you're signing up for:

• Independent Contractor role, full-time.
• Graveyard shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time, which lines up with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for our US-based clients.
• Saturdays and Sundays are yours. Always.
• Fully remote — work from home, on your own setup.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Editing and producing short-form and long-form video from raw client footage — color grading, cuts, transitions, music, subtitles, motion graphics — optimized for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Designing visuals across digital and print — social graphics, ads, infographics, presentations, and collateral like business cards, flyers, and brochures.
• Collaborating directly with the Project Manager, Client Success Manager, and clients to turn campaign goals and creative briefs into visuals that actually land.
• Keeping every piece on-brand, error-free, and platform-optimized — self-QA before it ever reaches review.
• Syncing daily/weekly with the Create team and coordinating with other Creators so everything stays stylistically consistent.

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience is doing graphics and video editing
• A portfolio that shows you can do both — video and design, not just one.
• Required software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva. (Figma is a plus, not required.)
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, and storytelling — and you're plugged into what's working on social media right now.

• Skill in animation is a plus!

What's in it for you:

• Permanent Work-From-Home setup
• Weekends off — Saturdays and Sundays are yours
• HMO coverage with Maxicare upon regularization, with the option to add dependents
• Wellness checks and support services
• Paid Time Off: 40 hours in year 1, growing to 120 hours with tenure
• Sick Leave: 40 hours (16 available even during probation)
• Mental Health Leave: 8 hours a year
• Special leaves: birthday, bereavement, and paternity leave
• Holiday observance: U.S. holidays plus select Philippine Holy Week dates
• Convert unused PTO to cash
• Company-provided equipment
• Yokly's 13th Month Pay
• A Welcome Kit, plus tokens for birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries

We've got your back — apply today.
