We are seeking a deeply specialized User Acquisition Manager to own new-user acquisition through Google Ads. This is a full-time, remote position focused on high-volume B2C performance marketing.
Your Responsibilities
- Launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on acquiring new users.
- Manage monthly media budgets of $100,000+ and scale successful campaigns responsibly.
- Own performance against our core KPIs, primarily Spend and CPA.
- Build a continuous pipeline of audience, placement, offer, and creative hypotheses.
- Brief designers on banner concepts and variations; analyze results and iterate quickly.
- Turn off underperforming tests, scale winners, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with creative, analytics, product, and leadership teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on PPC/performance marketing experience, with clear specialization in Google Ads.
- Proven B2C product-company experience.
- Strong track record in display/banner acquisition for new users - not primarily Google Search or remarketing.
- Confirmed experience managing at least $100,000 in monthly ad spend.
- Experience across international markets, including Tier-1 markets and ideally Europe and/or Asia.
- Strong command of CPA-based optimization, creative testing, and hypothesis generation at scale.
- Experience in mass-market digital products, apps, gaming.
- English: B1 or higher; comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
