Job Description

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a US / LAM Portfolio Planner to be fully dedicated to a Large Banking Client’s global account, to drive strategic planning and optimization actions across multiple geographies. We are looking for a highly proactive candidate with strong written and oral communication skills and industry experience who values collaboration, integrity and our clients’ ultimate satisfaction with the services we provide.

The role focuses on research and analysis that translates data into insights supporting recommendations and client deliverables.

Working under the guidance of senior team members, the consultant contributes to the development of client presentations and supports stakeholder engagement activities while building core consulting and communication skills.

Partner effectively with senior regional and country Real Estate leaders and business stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and translate strategic objectives into actionable recommendations across portfolio and workplace initiatives.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
