The Role:

We are currently looking to grow our team with an exciting opportunity as a Senior Treasury Analyst to assist with our treasury technology tools. The Senior Analyst will report to the Senior Treasury Manager, Front Office (based in London, UK) and will help with the implementation, configuration, and continual maintenance for Acrisure’s treasury management system (Kyriba), including file transmissions, within all of Acrisure’s international businesses.

This person will work very closely with, and will align to the global objectives and strategies for Kyriba as directed by the Treasury Technology Manager (based in the US).

This is a fully remote role, with a requirement to work in the London office once a month, or as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• · Monitor the daily statement and payment interfaces between all our international banks and our systems. Drive resolution with our banks and/or the relevant stakeholders (e.g., international Vendor Payables, Master Data teams, and Finance personnel) to ensure transmission errors are corrected timely at source, avoiding further complication, and minimized for the future to achieve as much STP as possible
• Drive implementation of payment automation between internal departments and our ERP systems (Workday) and broker systems
• Support the development and maintenance of Treasury reporting solutions in Kyriba/Power BI or other reporting tools, to fit Acrisure’s needs
• Create and provide training to designated SMEs and general users
• Act as liaison between end users and other teams for ongoing configurations and mapping updates
• Primary support for all variance reports related to international accounts
• Submit new user, user entitlement, service, and control requests. Action other user maintenance as requested.
• Help the Transformation Manager in London build and drive adoption of existing Kyriba modules and processes that support International Treasury’s automation initiatives with our global Agency Partners– located in countries such as the UK, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Brazil, Spain and Eastern Europe.
• Maintain Kyriba modules for our international businesses, including Payments, Financial Transactions (including intercompany loans and related accounting), Core Data module (and the bank account interface into Workday GLs) and Cash & Liquidity based on initial configurations to all source interfaces
• Maintain global payment data in Kyriba and our various broker systems

Competencies:

Education and/or Experience:

• Undergraduate degree required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating most Kyriba modules required
• Working within a large an SSC/Corporate Service Treasury organization, highly preferred
• A background in banking, payments is desirable
• Working knowledge of treasury and banking technology solutions including banking portals, ERP/bank interfaces required

Technology Skills:

Essential:

• Strong System skills
• Kyriba experience
• Excel experience with macros, pivot tables

Desirable:

• Power BI
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with finance tech stacks and architecture
• Familiarity with standard file formats like XML, BAI, EDI and various other flat file formats
