Job Overview
The Trainer (Senior Auditor) will conduct professional training programs, share auditing expertise, and support the development of professionals in relevant management systems and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs related to management systems, auditing, and relevant standards.
- Conduct engaging theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Develop and update training materials and assessments.
- Share practical auditing knowledge, industry experience, and best practices.
- Assess participants and provide constructive feedback.
- Support customized training programs based on client requirements.
- Maintain training records and participant evaluations.
- Stay updated on changes to standards, regulations, and industry practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field.
- Recognized Auditor/Lead Auditor qualification in relevant management systems.
- Proven experience as a Senior Auditor/Lead Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of relevant ISO standards and auditing practices.
- Previous experience in training or professional course delivery.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage and train participants effectively.
