Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their training needs and develop customized training solutions that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis to identify training needs and gaps for our clients
• Design and develop training programs and materials that are engaging, interactive, and effective
• Deliver training sessions to individuals or groups in a variety of formats, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance our training offerings
• Provide coaching and support to participants to ensure successful implementation of new skills and knowledge in the workplace
• Travel to client sites as needed to deliver training programs and support client relationships

Qualifications:

facilitating process/product training Prior experience training for email/backoffice accounts (Order Management)
facilitating process/product training Prior experience in facilitating for Collections accounts a plus, but not required (Collection)
