  • Prior experience in training or mentoring professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Industry exposure in supply chain or logistics.
  • Availability for freelance engagements.
