Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven TikTok Ads Specialist to join a growing digital marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing TikTok advertising campaigns to drive conversions, generate leads, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

The ideal candidate has at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with strong expertise in TikTok Ads Manager, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• TikTok Ads Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using TikTok Ads Manager.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop performance-driven advertising strategies focused on conversions, lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROAS.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, and creatives.
• Creative Testing: Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test engaging TikTok video ads, hooks, and user-generated content (UGC).
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• A/B Testing: Conduct structured experiments across ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize campaign profitability.
• Tracking & Attribution: Implement and troubleshoot TikTok Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution tools.
• Reporting: Prepare clear performance reports and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on TikTok advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging paid social strategies.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns through TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of TikTok advertising strategies, campaign structures, and optimization techniques.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling successful campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, creative testing, and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with TikTok Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.
• Experience managing multiple client advertising accounts simultaneously.
• Experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or other attribution tools.
• Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation businesses.
• Understanding of TikTok creative strategy, UGC advertising, and direct-response marketing.
• Experience collaborating with international clients or marketing teams.
