Test Prep

This is a remote position.

§Lead the entire Test Prep group in India.

§Manage a team of test prep professionals and provide coaching, training, and guidance as needed.

§Organize NEET & JEEE & Other competitive exam related coaching/third party tie up for Indian campuses.

§Work closely with Principals and the corporate office on implementing the program

§Increasing enrolment through these programs

§Responsible for P & L Management

§Help students of grade 11th / 12th with their Boards preparation and preparing them simultaneously for the competitive exams.

§Conduct assessments and interpret the results to help students identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.

§Develop and implement programs that align with the needs of students and the school community.

§Collaborate with faculty to integrate program and provide resources to support student success.

§Build relationships with parents, community organizations, and employers to identify experiential learning opportunities for students.

§Develop marketing strategies to promote Test Prep services and attract students.

§Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping

Work closely with the relevant stakeholders and evaluate student performance data to identify students who may require additional support.

Requirements

• Graduate / Post Graduate with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• StrongTeam Managementand communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse students, parents, and community organizations.
• Ability to analyse data, assess needs, and develop solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
