The Role

We are hiring students into our Consultant Development Program (CDP) as Technology Consulting Interns – a role specifically designed for Bachelor's and Master's students in their final year of studies.   In this customer-facing position, you’ll work directly with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to implement Veeva’s technology and drive their business forward. Unlike traditional internship roles, you will work hands-on to design, configure, and deliver tangible technology solutions that customers use every day. We also have partnerships with local universities which support internships requirements and academic credits.   We believe in empowering high potential people to achieve excellence. No prior industry, technical, or consulting experience is required — you bring your drive, curiosity, and hunger to learn, and we will provide comprehensive training, structured education, and ongoing individual mentorship every step of the way. You will work in a supportive environment with experienced mentors and team leads dedicated to helping you succeed and grow.   This program will build the core consulting and technical expertise you need for long-term career success, offering a seamless transition into a full-time Associate Consultant position upon graduation with no duplicate hiring needed.
