What We Value
We're looking for someone who approaches technical recruitment with curiosity, good judgment, and a strong eye for talent.
You should be interested in understanding the roles you recruit for—not just matching keywords on a resume. We value someone who can dig deeper, ask the right questions, identify strong candidates, and continuously improve how and where they search.
We value someone who naturally thinks:
- What does a great candidate for this role actually look like?
- Does their experience demonstrate the skills we need?
- What should I look beyond on the resume?
- Where else can I find strong candidates?
- How can I improve the quality of candidates moving through the process?
- How can I use AI and recruiting tools to work smarter without losing good judgment?
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership of hiring quality, not just the number of candidates in the pipeline.
