Our client is an e-commerce agency focused exclusively on subscription CPG brands across food, beverage, supplements, and health & wellness.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to own the reliability, quality, and integrity of our technical systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor system health, investigate incidents, and implement reliable fixes.
Build and maintain automation, alerting, and observability systems to reduce manual work.
Manage data integrity across CRM, customer portal, product analytics, payments, and support tools.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, synchronization issues, and integration failures.
Develop and maintain automated QA and testing workflows.
Build dashboards and reporting that enable non-technical teams to self-serve key information.
Use AWS, Terraform, Datadog, and testing frameworks to maintain reliable technical infrastructure.
Identify recurring technical problems and automate or improve processes to prevent them.
Use AI tools as part of daily technical workflows while validating their outputs and decisions.
Communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

More than +5 years of experience in at least two of the following: SRE/DevOps or Technical Support.
Working knowledge of AWS, Terraform, and Datadog or comparable monitoring/observability tools.
Experience with Cypress or another automated testing framework.
Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
Strong ability to write and troubleshoot SQL and NoSQL queries; MongoDB is a plus.
Experience maintaining data quality and synchronization across CRM, payments, support, or other business systems.
Strong troubleshooting and incident-response skills.
Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate technical problem-solving and development.
Comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous technical problems with minimal supervision.
