About the Role

You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, smooth integrations, and an exceptional client experience from day one.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Implementations: Own the onboarding process for new and existing clients, including setup, configuration, integrations, and go-live readiness.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Client Success Managers, technical teams, and third-party partners to deliver smooth, on-time deployments.
- Maintain Momentum: Develop and manage onboarding plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met during the first 90 days of implementation.
- Drive Client Confidence: Act as the first line of defense for technical issues, diagnosing problems and providing fast, effective solutions.
- Technical Liaison: Serve as a key communicator between clients, internal teams, and partners to resolve issues and remove barriers.
- Quality Assurance: Perform QA testing to ensure every Autocorp.ai integration works seamlessly.
- Process Improvement: Document best practices, contribute to the implementation playbook, and gather feedback to continuously refine our approach.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date on industry tools, trends, and best practices to deliver a cutting-edge experience for every client.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Proven experience in client onboarding and Level 1 technical support, ideally within a SaaS company.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of troubleshooting effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry (preferred but not required).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding results.
