As a Technical Account Manager for AI Agents, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives through our innovative solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers post-signing, overseeing their onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support to maximize their experience with our platform. Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship post-signing, overseeing onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our AI Agents.
• Proactively manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Identify, close, and expand business opportunities within your customer portfolio.
• Collaborate with integration engineers to facilitate seamless transitions during technical handoffs.
• Implement accelerated customer ramp-up plans to achieve independent go-lives by Day 7.
• Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Troubleshoot and configure Central independently as needed to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and retention, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand software solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commercially sharp with a track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with AI or machine learning technologies is a plus.

• Familiarity with API integrations and technical workflows.
