Team Lead (Client Campaign)

This is a hands-on Team Lead role built around two tools you'll use every single day: LinkedIn and GoHighLevel (GHL). If you can run LinkedIn outreach yourself and build real workflows and automations inside GHL — not just talk about them — keep reading.

Imagine running your own client account — leading LinkedIn outreach, building out GHL pipelines and automations, coaching a team, and being the name a US-based client trusts every week. That's this role.

This lead role at Yokly combines direct people-management with full ownership of client relationship. You lead the pod. You own the results. You are the face of the account.

Your Role & Contract

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Full-time
• Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (Graveyard) — aligns with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST for the client

• Saturdays and Sundays Off

What you'll own:

• Run LinkedIn outreach for your pod yourself.
• Build and manage the GoHighLevel (GHL) side of the campaign — workflows, pipelines, triggers, and contact tagging, all hands-on inside GHL.
• Coach and lead a pod
• Track team and campaign KPIs directly inside your GHL pipeline. Act fast when something's off.
• Be the direct point of contact for our US-based client on performance and results.
• Own account retention. This client's success is your success.
• Build and improve the processes that make the whole pod better.

What you bring:

• Hands-on LinkedIn experience — outreach, Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Recruiter-type tools, used daily, not occasionally.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience — you've actually built workflows, pipelines, and automations in GHL yourself.
• 3+ years leading people, not just projects.
• Real experience in franchising — development, sales, candidate qualification, or growth strategy.
• A sales background.
• Experience leading a remote team.
• Strong communication skills, with real experience working with Western clients.
• Project, operations, or account management chops.

Nice to have (not required):

• You've coached a lead-gen or outbound team before.
• You're comfortable in KPI dashboards.
• You've worked specifically in a franchise-development agency.
