About this role
We are looking for a Talent Recruiter with a background in Psychology to support the sourcing, selection, and management of a CEO talent pipeline across Eastern Europe.
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Source CEO-level talent across Eastern Europe
- Identify and assess relevant executive profiles
- Manage and maintain the CEO talent pipeline
- Support the selection process
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews
- Maintain structured candidate information and follow-up
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology (mandatory)
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Based in Poland
- Strong interest in talent identification and executive recruitment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
