About this role
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years working experience in a System Analyst position
- Experience in Application Development as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Developer. Specifically in the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services industry.
- Gather requirements from customers/stakeholders in the project
- Analyze requirements and responsible for creating specification documents
- Develop a prototype based on requirements to be analyzed
- Translate requirements to the team and able to be the focal point of the project team in a business consulting matter
- Engage in functional test, SIT, and UAT to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Support go-live and post support activities
Skill Required:
- Good personality, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, presentation are prerequisites
- Background of Agile principles and process
- Have experience in use-case analysis and documentation
- Knowledge of modern app tools (e.g. Java,Node.js/Angular/MongoDB/Docker/...)
- Knowledge of web services or RESTful API, Microservices
