About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Team Manager to join our Human Resources department on a full-time, salaried basis. In this role, you will lead and empower a team of support professionals, ensuring seamless coordination, excellent service delivery, and measurable outcomes for HR operations. By fostering a thriving team environment, you will play a key role in enhancing employee experiences and contributing to the organization's success. This position requires strong leadership, superior communication, and attention to detail, with all communication conducted in English.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR support professionals to achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Oversee daily operations of the support team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing or supervising a support team, preferably within HR or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive team dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in HR systems, tools, and software with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
