We invite a Support Engineer who is excited about technology to join our team for providing top-class services for worldwide famous users of our cybersecurity product. You will learn from our experts and get a unique experience to become an expert yourself.

Responsibilities:

Support user inquiries on IT issues via email / ticketing system and chats
Reproduce customers issues on a prepared environment
Participated in a remote troubleshooting calls and demo with customers
Prepare customer oriented documentation and guides
Hold technical presentations and online demos explaining our solution to prospective customers
