What You'll Do
Review and coding of AP invoices into AP Portal.
Review and coding of credit card expenses and export to the GL system.
Manage corporate credit card system, such as following up on old card transactions, delayed approvals, and missing items.
Assist various departments across the company with corporate credit card system inquiries.
Maintain the travel and lodging tracker for ESG compliance.
Provide a summary of expenses by vendor for expense transparency.
Prepare monthly credit card expense accrual journal entry.
Prepare monthly accrued expenses journal entry.
Monthly reconciliation of corporate credit card GL account.
Assist Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant with other journal entries and reconciliations on an as-needed basis.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Bonus Points
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Corporate expense experience (RAMP highly preferred).
Dynamics 365 experience.
