About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Senior Graphic Designer for B2B with strong expertise in premium presentation design, campaign ideation, and activation marketing materials to support Selkirk Sport’s B2B, retail, and partner initiatives in North America.

This role requires a designer with exceptional visual taste, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to create polished, high-end materials that elevate the perception of a premium sport brand. The ideal candidate combines strong design craft with business marketing sensibility and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager (with dotted line to Creative Director). The designer will support campaigns, sales initiatives, partner presentations, experiential activations, trade events, sponsorship opportunities, and customer-facing materials across Selkirk Sport’s portfolio, including Selkirk, Selkirk Labs, Bread & Butter, ETC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling and strategically effective B2B marketing materials across digital, print, and experiential formats
• Create premium executive presentations and sales decks for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for new B2B collateral and campaign ideation
• Design materials for experiential marketing activations, events, trade shows, screenings, upfronts, and client-facing experiences
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Wholesale, Programs and Marketing teams to translate strategic objectives into impactful visual storytelling
• Create and adapt existing branding systems, layouts, typography, and visual identities for B2B-specific marketing initiatives
• Support B2B-specific collateral development through moodboards, pitch visuals, presentation mockups, and creative concepts, independently translating brand decks into partner-focused presentations
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines while elevating the premium positioning of Selkirk brands and content
• Prepare final production-ready files for print, large-scale installations, presentations, and event collateral
• Manage the full B2B Marketing process, juggling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high creative standards
• Stay current with entertainment, design, experiential, and presentation trends, as well as emerging AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Manage and provide leadership for a Graphic Designer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer working in marketing, B2B, sports, athletics, or premium lifestyle environments
• Proven experience designing for premium brands, with a portfolio that demonstrates elevated creative taste, strong visual storytelling, and high-quality execution across presentations, campaigns, experiential, and marketing materials
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design, marketing campaigns, experiential work, branding systems, and event explorations
• Demonstrated ability to create visually elevated executive presentations and sales materials with strong educational structure
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of presentation platforms, especially Google Suite
• Understanding of print production, environmental graphics, experiential materials, and event branding
• Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work across multiple brands and visual identities while maintaining premium quality standards (will need to work with Selkirk, Bread and Butter, multiple colorways, and multiple markets)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage fast-paced workflows and multiple stakeholders
• Attention to detail with a refined eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
• Working proficiency in English required
• Openness to leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows

Preferred:

• Experience in sports, media, or advertising industries
• Experience designing for experiential marketing campaigns and live events
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Experience collaborating with international teams in multiple time zones (HIGH VALUE)
• Understanding of North American markets and cultural nuances
• Familiarity with large-format print production and environmental design
