Who We Are

We are a US-based advisory and marketplace that is revolutionizing the way companies buy and sell digital infrastructure (Datacenter, cloud, and network services). Digital infrastructure services are the building blocks of the internet and at the core of every industry. Traditionally it’s been bought manually through service provider sales people, resulting in high costs, slow procurement cycles, and services that aren’t the best fit - slowing down the ability of companies to build and innovate.

Inflect’s marketplace and advisory are removing friction so any company can get what they need, when they need it, with the right deal terms. By achieving our mission, we unlock businesses to build and human innovation to inflect!

Data & Cloud Substrate: Hands-on experience with relational databases (Postgres), cloud deployments (AWS), event-driven messaging, and integrating data pipelines.
Cross-Border Async Collaboration: Fluent professional English communication skills for effective cross-border async collaboration, code reviews, and daily alignment across Brazil, Poland, and US time zones.

Scope of Services & Project Deliverables

Gateway & Capacity Matching Delivery: Architect, build, and maintain Go-based backend services and React/TypeScript surfaces for Capacity Matching and the Inflect Gateway as one coupled surface.
Algorithmic Engine Optimization: Evolve matching, confidence-scoring, and cost-optimization logic to satisfy rigorous precision and explainability requirements.
Cross-Cluster Backup & Coverage: Serve as secondary owner and backup for the RouteFinder and Site Prover cluster, participating in cross-coverage, incident response support, and PR assessments.
