About this role

The Specialist Solutions Architect, Cloud Services plays an important role in providing deep technical sales support for the execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies related to Red Hat's managed cloud services, including Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA), Red Hat OpenShift Dedicated on Google Cloud, and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO). As Managed OpenShift penetrates further into customer cloud strategies, you will be responsible for articulating how organizations can use these services to their advantage in their search for operational efficiency, faster time to value, and reduced operational burden. Along with being able to articulate the value of Cloud Services, you will bring technical expertise that enables you to help remove organizational, competitive, and technical blockers to adoption and guide customers toward a production-ready, enterprise-approved Managed OpenShift architecture.

You will need to be able to confidently articulate our value proposition to leadership, operations teams, and developers within the account. Using architecture walkthroughs, business-value conversations, and Success Planning, you will help provide an end-to-end path to production that allows customers to realize the business value of Cloud Services and understand the path forward with Red Hat as a trusted partner.

You will work closely with account teams, Customer Success, and Red Hat's Managed OpenShift Product and SRE teams to identify opportunities and gaps, provide ongoing product feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience that results in revenue generation and ongoing renewal.
