Your Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide technical troubleshooting and product support
Ensure first-contact resolution where possible
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
Accurately log all customer interactions and solutions provided

Your Profile:
- Spanish fluency at C2 level and higher, written and spoken
- Strong English (C1)
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus

- Advanced technical aptitude

- Willingness to work on rotational shifts

Documents required:

- high school completion diploma

- birth certificate

- a EU member state passport or a valid work and residence permit for Greece
