About the role

AtInspectorio, ourSolutions Consulting teamis instrumental in driving the success of our customers and revenue growth. We partner with global brands, retailers, and manufacturers primarily in theretail and apparelindustries to deliver tailored solutions that help them scale their quality, sustainability, and compliance initiatives.

As aSenior Solutions Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementation engagements, combining business acumen, technicalexpertise, and industry knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor for our customers.You’llwork cross-functionally to ensure the seamless delivery and adoption ofInspectorio’splatform and continuously improve our delivery process.

What you'll do

End-to-End Implementation & Client Advisory

• Own the full implementation lifecycle—from discovery through deployment and post-go-live optimization.

• Design and lead structured project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.

• Translate business needs into tailored solution designs leveragingInspectorio’splatform.

• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning platform capabilities with business goals.

• Proactivelyidentifyrisks and build mitigation plans to ensure project success.

• Provide strategic consulting and best practices throughout the customerlifecycle.

• Manage multiple implementation projects independently, ensuringdeliveryexcellence.

Solution Design,Technical Expertise& AI Integration

• Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture sessions.

• Drive integration and configuration work including APIs, SFTP, and automation tools.

• Advise customers on maximizing value throughInspectorio'sAI capabilities,identifyingopportunities to integrate AI-driven insights and automation into their supply chain processes.

• Deliver compelling product demos, technical workshops, and executive briefings.

• Develop solution documentation,configurationplaybooks, and enablement materials.

• Troubleshoot advanced issues and liaise with Product and Engineering teams to drive resolution.

• Surface customer feedback to help shape platform evolution and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver solutions aligned to business needs.

• Contribute to pre-sales scoping, solution validation, and transition to post-sales teams.

• Influence internal teams with competitive andindustryinsights to improve our offerings.

• Share learnings, mentor junior team members, and foster a culture of learning.

Core Requirements

• Solution Design & Consulting:Analyzes customer needs and designs scalable,innovativeand industry-standard solutions leveragingInspectorio’splatform to maximize business impact.

• AI-Native Mindset & Application:Demonstratesa strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, predictive analytics, and generative AI. ProactivelyleveragesAI tools to enhance workflows, drive operational efficiency, and champion customer adoption of AI features within the platform.

• Technical Troubleshooting:Diagnoses and resolves technical issues efficiently using platformexpertiseto minimize customer downtime and enhance satisfaction.

• Platform & Integration Expertise:Maintainsexpert knowledge ofInspectoriomodules, API integrations, and data flows to support seamless implementation and usage.

• Discovery & Requirements Gathering:Conducts detailed customer interviews to uncover needs, pain points, and success criteria guiding solution customization and improvement. Maps requirements against industrybest-practices.

• Change Management:Facilitatesadoption of new features and process changes through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

• Data-DrivenDecision Making:Uses platform data and customer feedback to inform technical recommendations andoptimizesolution performance.

• Communication & Presentation Skills:Effectively conveys complex technical information to diverse audiences, ensuring understanding and buy-in.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or similar roles in aB2B SaaSenvironment.

• Proven experience leading enterprise-level software implementations from end to end.

• Deep understanding oftechnical integrations, especiallyAPIandSFTP.

• Experience with solution design, business process mapping, and requirements gathering.

• Strong consulting skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders at various seniority levels (including VP/SVP/C-suite).

• Experience working with distributed teams and managing projects remotely.

• Comfortable managingobjectives, KPIs, and driving client value independently.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and client-facing interpersonal skills.

• Experience in fashion, retail, or supply chain technology is aplus.

• Fluent in English.
