About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a skilled Software Developer - Systems (O&M) to support the development, enhancement, modernization, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise applications within a Federal Government environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET technologies, JavaScript, and SQL Server, along with a strong understanding of modern software development practices.

The successful candidate will work as part of an Agile development team to design, develop, configure, test, integrate, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role will collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and Federal Government clients to translate requirements into effective and maintainable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom CRM functionality, icluding plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Perform hands-on development using C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration technologies.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
• Support enterprise application modernization, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in requirements analysis, application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and assist in identifying and implementing effective technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other team activities.
• Collaborate with senior developers, technical leads, project managers, business stakeholders, and Federal Government clients.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Follow established development, security, testing, documentation, and deployment standards.
• Communicate technical information, development status, issues, and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.
• Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
• Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and Federal Government clients.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Clearance Requirements: Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a government security screening and/or a Secret security clearance.
