About the Role

The client is looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage social media content and strengthen their online presence. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual composition, a clean and sophisticated creative style, and the ability to turn photos and videos into engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and organise monthly social media content calendars.
Create engaging social media posts and reels using photos and videos provided by the client.
Write compelling captions, copy, and relevant hashtags.
Upload content to Notion for client review and approval, making revisions when needed.
Schedule approved content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage community engagement and interact with the online audience.
Ensure all content aligns with the client's visual identity, messaging, and quality standards.

Requirements

Clear communication skills and a proactive, action-oriented approach.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
A creative eye for composition, visual storytelling, and content ideas.
Ability to create clean, polished, and sophisticated social media content.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and incorporate feedback.
Experience with social media management, content creation, and scheduling.

Preferred Skills

Experience creating short-form videos and reels.
Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design and video editing tools.
Experience using Notion for content planning, collaboration, and approvals.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and platform-specific content requirements.
