We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and execute our organic social media strategy. You will create and publish content, manage community engagement, and use performance data to strengthen brand awareness and grow our audience across key social platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop platform-specific social media strategies and content calendars.
Create, edit, and publish written and visual content.
Manage company accounts across Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
Monitor comments, messages, and relevant industry conversations.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and subject-matter experts.
Track reach, engagement, traffic, leads, and other agreed metrics.
Test content formats, messaging, and publishing schedules.
Identify relevant cultural, industry, and platform trends.
Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand voice.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
Experience managing professional brand accounts.
Strong writing, editing, and content-planning skills.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Familiarity with social publishing and scheduling tools.
Strong judgment when representing a brand publicly.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience creating short-form video and basic visual editing.
Familiarity with paid social campaigns and attribution.
Experience in entertainment, media, consumer technology, or SaaS.
A portfolio demonstrating measurable social media results.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
