ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly creative, commercially minded, and proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of the company's digital marketing presence.

Moving beyond basic content scheduling, you will build and execute a results-driven digital marketing strategy that generates meaningful business opportunities across two primary audiences:

1. Australian Employers (B2B): Building brand awareness and driving qualified enquiries from construction, civil, mining, and infrastructure businesses seeking skilled labour solutions.
2. Filipino Skilled Workers (B2C): Promoting international employment opportunities, establishing trust, and attracting qualified candidates seeking overseas career pathways in Australia and New Zealand.

Working directly with the Director, you will bridge strategic marketing vision with hands-on execution, transforming raw recruitment objectives into scalable digital campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Social Media Strategy & Brand Management

• Formulate and implement a structured organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging digital channels.
• Transition the brand from ad hoc posting to a consistent, high-impact marketing framework.
• Build and maintain comprehensive monthly content calendars aligned with core hiring drives and corporate growth goals.
• Continuously audit platform metrics to refine positioning, grow audience reach, and maximize engagement.

2. End-to-End Content Creation

• Produce professional, compelling copy and multimedia assets tailored specifically to Australian enterprise decision-makers and Filipino tradespeople.
• Design high-converting social graphics, carousels, promotional collaterals, and short-form video content.
• Showcase successful candidate placements, employer testimonials, trade opportunities, and immigration insights.
• Maintain strict brand governance and visual consistency across every digital touchpoint.

3. Paid Advertising & Performance Lead Generation

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns via Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Architect targeted B2B lead generation campaigns reaching Australian construction firms, sub-contractors, and enterprise hiring managers.
• Execute targeted candidate attraction campaigns to build talent pipelines of qualified Filipino tradespeople.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, visual assets, and target demographics to lower CAC and elevate lead quality.
• Track ROI, ROAS, and key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering strategic recommendations directly to leadership.

4. Employer & Candidate Marketing Collateral

• Develop market-facing campaigns that articulate the company's value proposition to business owners and HR leaders.
• Produce educational content detailing visa processes, cross-border recruitment pathways, and industry insights.
• Monitor trade, construction, and migration trends to capitalize on emerging content opportunities.

5. Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Monitor multi-channel performance including traffic, lead conversion rates, audience growth, and engagement velocity.
• Deliver regular data-driven performance updates and campaign analysis to senior leadership.
• Proactively audit marketing systems to identify conversion bottlenecks and test innovative lead generation tactics.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media management.
• Strategic Capability: Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies from scratch.
• Platform Mastery: Advanced working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite. Hands-on experience with paid ad platforms (Meta Ads required; LinkedIn Ads strongly preferred).
• Technical & Creative Toolkit: High proficiency with design, video, and management tools including Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with an acute ability to write professionally for Australian B2B executives and engagingly for candidate markets.
• Analytical Mindset: Core understanding of digital marketing metrics, funnel optimization, B2B lead generation, and paid campaign performance analysis.
• Work Style: Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.

PREFERRED:

• Prior digital marketing experience within recruitment, staffing, immigration, or workforce management sectors.
• Direct exposure to Australian or New Zealand B2B markets.
• Familiarity with the construction, trades, civil infrastructure, or mining verticals.
• Previous experience marketing international career opportunities to Filipino professionals or tradespeople.
• Demonstrated capability in running LinkedIn campaigns targeted at business owners, hiring managers, and enterprise decision-makers.
• Working knowledge of email marketing tools, CRM platforms, and foundational SEO practices.
