THE ROLE

This is a full-stack role where you help bring ideas to life from concept to real sales and where you're just as excited to shoot content as you are to help plan around it. You'll be working across three of our own brands - Mrs. Quilty, Hooks & Needles, and This Month's Craft Box.

You'll work closely with marketing, design, and development - helping turn customer insights into landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that people actually want to click, read, and buy from. And on the social side, you're the one actually making the content: filming, shooting, editing, posting, and chasing the next trend before it's over.

🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

📱 Social Media & Content Creation

• Actively produce content for posts - photos, video, edits, captions, all of it.

• Order and unbox brand product boxes (company-covered) and turn them into content: filming, photographing, styling.

• Bring new content ideas to help grow our following and hit engagement targets.

• Keep an eye on current trends and find fun, on-brand ways to jump on them fast.

• Help manage and grow our social channels, including our Facebook community.

• Keep track of what's performing and flag what's working (and what's not).

• Checking Loox reviews (if needed)

• Managing influencer ad comments

🧠 Marketing Support

• Help put marketing plans into action.

• Assist with customer research and keeping tabs on market trends.

• Pull together performance data and share it with the team.

• Bring fresh ideas to help improve our funnels and campaigns.

• Help keep marketing projects on track from idea to launch.

✍️ Creative & Content Magic

• Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells.

• Review design work and give feedback so it looks on-brand and converts.

• Work with the design team on ad creative production.

🌐 Landing Pages & Website Optimization

• QA landing pages like a detective: checking UX, flow, and functionality.

• Help run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.

• Work closely with developers on website updates and improvements.

🤝 Team Glue

• Help connect marketing, design, and development.

• Put together clear briefs so everyone knows what to build and why.

• Keep track of project progress and update the team.

🔍 Customer Research & Insights

• Collect and organize customer feedback and data.

• Help spot pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Use insights to support acquisition and sales efforts.

🤖 AI Tools & Smarter Execution

• Use AI tools (like GPT, image/video generators, automation platforms) to speed up tasks, test ideas faster, and get more done with less grind.

• Spot areas where AI can help the team move quicker or build smarter.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

FIXED SERVICE FEE

up to € 1,400 euros after taxes, depending on yourskills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

• Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

• For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours - it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.

  (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
