POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media and Content Coordinator / Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital presence and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate can turn business ideas, industry expertise, and technical information into clear, engaging, and professional content that connects with our target audience. Depending on their experience, the role may also involve broader digital marketing responsibilities, including website management, SEO, email marketing, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

You will work closely with the team to ensure marketing activities align with business goals, maintain consistent brand messaging, and generate meaningful engagement and business inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media and Content Management

Write, edit, and proofread engaging social media copy, short articles, and email content.
Create simple, professional graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication.
Schedule and publish content primarily on LinkedIn, with Facebook as appropriate.
Transform provided topics, business insights, and technical information into relevant content for the target audience.
Monitor social media comments and messages, escalating inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Track and report basic performance metrics, including engagement, website clicks, and inquiries.

Digital Marketing Execution

Develop marketing calendars and recommend campaigns aligned with target audiences and business objectives.
Update and maintain website content, including copy, images, service pages, and contact forms.
Create and manage landing pages for specific services, campaigns, or marketing initiatives.
Implement basic SEO improvements, including page titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and content optimization.
Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns.
Set up and monitor website analytics and inquiry tracking.
Identify opportunities to improve website messaging, calls to action, and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance and report on qualified inquiries, booked calls, and other relevant marketing results.
Coordinate with the team on marketing priorities, campaign recommendations, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Strong written English skills, with excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Proven experience managing business social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn.
Proficiency in Canva or similar tools for creating professional marketing graphics.
Experience developing content calendars and managing social media content from creation to publication.
Hands-on experience with website management, including updating website content, service pages, images, and landing pages.
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including meta descriptions, page titles, internal linking, and content optimization.
Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with website analytics, inquiry tracking, and digital marketing performance reporting.
Ability to analyze campaign results, recommend improvements, and optimize website messaging and calls to action.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Experience in professional services, B2B marketing, or technical industries is an advantage.
Experience managing Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads, including budgets, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization, is an advantage.
