About this role
We're hiring an SMB Account Executive to close new-logo deals for a fintech software company from San Francisco, CA. You'll own each deal from qualified opportunity to signed contract, on short, repeatable sales cycles.
What you'll do
- Run efficient discovery and standard product demos on your own
- Turn around standardized quotes and proposals quickly
- Work a repeatable playbook across many similar deals
- Keep HubSpot accurate, with stages, notes, next steps and close dates updated weekly
- Flag stalled or at-risk deals early and re-engage or remove them
- Partner with the Solutions Consultant when a deal needs deeper technical proof
- Build referral relationships with happy customers
You may be a fit if
- You have 3+ years as a full-cycle SMB B2B SaaS Account Executive, closing deals in the $2.5K to $25K ACV range on short cycles with high deal volume
- You've hit 90%+ of quota for at least one full year and can share documentation
- You maintain accurate CRM data and forecast reliably in HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- You follow up fast and stay disciplined across a large book of concurrent opportunities
- You sell through consultative discovery and listening, not pressure
- You're fluent in English, spoken and written, and comfortable on live calls with buyers (prior US-market selling is a plus, and experience from 3 to 4 years ago counts)
- You've worked at a small or growth-stage company (under 100 employees)
- You're based in Latin America
Nice to have
- Fintech or financial services experience
- Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo
- MEDDPICC, Challenger or Sandler training
- Experience in a high-velocity inside-sales motion with a monthly quota cadence
- A track record of generating customer referrals and case studies
What we offer
- Full-time, fully remote role
- Competitive compensation with upside for over-performance
- Clear, measurable targets
- Direct work with sales leadership in a small, collaborative team
